December 28, 2015 Feliz Navidad--Nueva Santa Rosa, Cuilapa 3

Hey Fambam ... and others,

This week was one of the most awesome, and strangest weeks ever. The people here love Christmas! Enough to get up at 4 in the morning and work all day to make 150 tamales per family. Then again for New Year ’s Eve - - - what?!. They eat them at midnight. One father insisted that his wife give us tomales even though she said they weren't ready. So..... they were hot! But raw. That got my companion and I pretty bad. I had another one of those weird gastro attacks where gas builds up in my abdomen to the point where I can´t walk so my companion was helping me down the street until I realized it looked like I was drunk, so I painfully walked, but didn't stop and with each step it lessened until it became bearable. I have a firm testimony that the lord will give us the strength to bear any trial with ease rather than change our trial. Find the scriptures that say so! (challenge) there’s only about 20,000. My yoke is easy and my burden is light. -Jesus Christ.

Well this mission is just awesome. We are working hard and having miracles, we just need so many more.  This is the work of miracles. This Sunday morning, Marlon Lux went on divisions with me starting up in Santa Rosa Lima and we ran down to catch a bus (this is before church). When we arrived in Nueva, we Ran Ran Ran all the way too Riacheulu for all those families then turned around and ran the opposite direction all the way through Espitia for those families and then turned around and ran back to the church. It intense, but SOOOO fun!! Until we found out who could make it to church :( now we just have to get up earlier and work harder and during the week too. I love all of you guys. I have more to write, but I am an OBEDIENT missionary. I cannot afford not to be. I need the blessing. Obedience brings blessings, exact obedience brings miracles. (Last week I wrote for too long). Still write me the same or longer letters, I can print and read during the week. I love this work. Seeing you guys was just weird how normal your life is. How normal it was for me when my brothers were on their missions. Remember, Ingles es pecado! -Phrase from Hermano Abadillo-CCM

Love you all!

Til next week.
